Recipe of the Month HEALTHY CHICKEN BURRITOS
Ingredients:
- Just Cook It! Chicken Breasts
- Just Cook It! Wraps
- Tomatoes
- 1 can sweet corn (pieces)
- Yellow or red capsicum
- Fresh Lettuce
- Grated Tasty Cheese
Method:
Thaw chicken breasts in cold water (approx 40 minutes).
While chicken is thawing chop the tomato and capsicum into small pieces. Add chopped tomato, capsicum and corn together, stir.
Once the chicken has thawed, slice into small pieces.
Layer the chicken, tomato, capsicum, corn and cheese onto the flat wrap bases.
Fold the wrap base in half, or wrap.
Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Remove from over and serve with fresh lettuce
