Grilled Chicken with Avocado & Bean Salad Thaw Just Cook It! chicken tenderloins in cold water in plastic wrap (approx. time 20 min.).
Cook tenderloins in frying pan or bbq for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium or to your liking.

Serve with an avocado and bean salad.  (A can of 3-bean mix works just fine.)  Add tomato and other vegetables to your liking.

JCI Chickpea Curry with Spinach & Haloumi
(Serves 4)

1 x JCI Chickpea Curry Pouch

1x tbspn  vegetable oil

100g baby spinach

360g haloumi

Crusty bread to serve

 

1.Heat JCI Chickpea Curry pouch as per instructions.

2.Meanwhile, rinse baby spinach and divide over 4 plates.  

3.Heat oil in non-stick frying pan on high.Cook haloumi for 30 seconds each side, until golden and starting to melt

4.Pour heated Chickpea Curry over spinach and top with sliced haloumi.

5 Serve with crusty bread
